高迁移率族蛋白B1在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的作用及研究进展

The Role and Research Progress of High Mobility Group Protein B1 in Children Respiratory Diseases

高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group box-1,HMGB1)是一种广泛表达于真核细胞内的非组蛋白核蛋白,不仅在细胞内起作用,在细胞外也发挥着重要作用,参与多种疾病的病理生理过程,尤其在炎症反应中有着重要的地位。大量研究发现,HMGB1参与儿童呼吸系统疾病,与疾病的严重程度、预后等密切相关,故本文对HMGB1在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的作用及研究进展做一综述,以期为儿童呼吸系统疾病的诊治提供方向。

High mobility group box-1(HMGB1) is a non-histone nuclear protein widely expressed in eukaryotic cells.It plays an important role in both intracellular and extracellular processes and participates in the pathophysiological processes of various diseases,especially in inflammatory reactions.A large number of studies have found that HMGB1 is involved in children’s respiratory diseases,which is closely related to the severity and prognosis of the disease.Therefore,this paper reviewed the role and research progress of HMGB1 in children’s respiratory diseases,in order to provide direction for the diagnosis and treatment of children’s respiratory diseases.
