摘要 为解决居民参与全员核酸检测时因排队时间过长引发不满以及排队人数众多从而增加新冠病毒传染率等问题,根据对全员核酸检测过程中随机动态特征的研究,运用M/M/c排队模型,构建基于排队论的全员核酸检测点优化设置模型,以扬州主城区全员核酸检测为例,通过控制平均等待队长和平均等待时间,分别得到检测点窗口数为2和3时的最优服务强度及最优日容量,并结合主城区人口分布情况,得到全员核酸检测点优化设置的合理方案。 In order to avoid complaints of residents participating in the nucleic acid tests of the entire people due to the long queue time and the increasing infection rate of novel coronavirus due to the large number of people in the queue,the M/M/c queuing model is used to construct an optimal setting model based on queuing theory,according to the study of random dynamic characteristics in the process of nucleic acid tests for the entire people.The nucleic acid tests for the entire people in the main urban areas of Yangzhou are taken as examples.Through the control of the average waiting queue length and average waiting time,the optimal service intensity and optimal daily capacity are obtained when 2 and 3 windows of windows in testing sites are set respectively.And combined with the population distribution of the main urban areas,a reasonable plan for the optimization of the nucleic acid testing sites for nucleic acid tests of the entire people is obtained.
