摘要
利用Dirichlet-to-Neumann(DtN)映射方法分析和计算在光子晶体波导中由点缺陷激发的BIC,通过将整个平面上的特征值问题转化成截断区域内的正方形单元晶格所有边上的特征值问题,避免了对于计算区域内部的计算,缩小了矩阵规模,降低了计算的工作量和难度.基于该方法,确定了几种能够激发波导中BIC的点缺陷的参数范围.
In this paper,we used the Dirichlet-to-Neumann(DtN)map method to analyze and compute BICs inspired by defects in the photonic crystal waveguide.Since this method establishes the eigenvalue problem on the boundary of the square unit lattice,avoiding the calculation inside the calculation area,it can reduce the number of unknowns and improve calculation speed.Based on it,we researched and discovered the parameter range of several defects which can inspire BICs in the photonic crystal waveguide.
