Study on the Chemical Constituents of Strophanthus Divaricatus

摘要 利用柱色谱技术从羊角拗(Strophanthus divaricatus(Lour.)Hook.et Arn.)甲醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,并用^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR等波谱技术结合文献数据对照,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、periplocymarin(2)、carisursane A(3)、α-香树脂醇(4)、羽扇豆醇(5)、桦木脑(6)、槲皮素-3-O-芸香苷(7)、植醇(8)、(9 Z)-十七碳烯酸(9)、十六碳酸(10)、莨菪亭(11)和没食子酸(12),其中化合物2为强心苷. 12 compounds were separated and purified from the methanol extract of Strophanthus divaricatus(Lour.)Hook.et Arn.by column chromatography and their structures were identified asβ-sitosterol(1),periplocymarin(2),carisursane A(3),α-amyrin(4),lupeol(5),betulin(6),quercetin-3-O-rutinoside(7),phytol(8),heptadec-(9Z)-enoic acid(9),hexadecanoic acid(10),scopoletin(11)and gallic acid(12)by the H NMR and C NMR techniques and comparison with the values reported.Among them,compound 2 is a cardiac glycoside compound.
