南亚中文教育发展现状、问题与策略 被引量:6

The Current Situation,Problems and Development Strategies of the Chinese-language Education in South Asia

摘要 南亚地区中文教育基础薄弱,相关语言政策欠缺,相关研究有限,且多集中在单一国别微观层面,区域整体研究较少。该地区各级各类中文教学机构发展程度差异较大:基础教育阶段的中文教育具有较强的灵活性和随意性;高校中文教育是中文在南亚地区传播的主要途径;孔子学院是南亚地区发展中文教育的重要支撑力量。针对该地区中文教育在顶层设计、师资、教材、现代教育技术等方面存在的问题,提出要培养本土教师、开发适配教材、打造多渠道教学平台、建立协作联动机制、构建全新中文教育格局等具有可行性的解决方案与策略建议。 The Chinese-language education in South Asia has a fairly weak foundation,lacks the targeted policies with limited research findings mainly on micro-research in connection with a specific country rather than the whole region.In South Asia,different Chinese-language teaching institutions vary in their development:the Chinese-language education at the initial stage has a fairly flexible and arbitrary feature,the universities are the main channel of popularizing the Chinese language,while the Confucius Institutes are the main supporting force of the Chinese-language education in South Asia.This paper targets at the problems concerning the top-level design,teachers,teaching materials,and modern educational technology,and proposes some practical plans and strategies such as the training plans for local teachers,the publication of suitable teaching materials,the construction of a brand-new model,and the establishment of various teaching platforms as well as a cooperative promotion mechanism.
