深部大变形巷道注浆加固技术研究

Research on Grouting Reinforcement Technology of Deep Roadways with Large Deformation

以潞宁矿轨道巷注浆加固为背景,通过开展现场应用研究,分析注浆加固原理,提出锚网支护+注浆加固的组合支护技术,该技术对加固松软、破碎、大变形围岩巷道有着较好的适用性。结果表明,采用锚网支护+注浆加固的支护方案后,巷道围岩变形控制效果良好。研究成果对深井巷道围岩变形控制具有一定的参考价值。

On the background of grouting reinforcement for track lanes in Luning Mine,this paper analyzes the principles of grouting reinforcement and proposes a combined support technology of bolt-mesh support and grouting reinforcement by field application research,with good applicability in reinforcing soft,broken,and large deformation surrounding rock roadway.The results show the ideal control effect for the surrounding rock deformation,with some reference value for the deformation control of surrounding rock in deep roadways.
