摘要
采用无线联动负压喷雾降尘技术解决新景矿15030综放工作面因高强度作业产生的高浓度粉尘问题。利用井下静压水和压缩空气管路,将空气与水按设计比例混合后形成大量高速气雾射流喷出,并在喷嘴周围形成直径约1 m的负压区,将高浓度含尘气流吸引到喷射气雾区进行捕捉湿润,使其沉降;同时使用无线联动实现对采煤机作业时的自动跟踪喷雾,确保采煤机前、后滚筒及下风流始终处于负压诱导喷雾的控制和捕捉范围之内,从而在实现有效控制粉尘逸散的同时使含尘气流得到有效净化。经综合评估,采用上述技术后15030综放工作面全尘降尘效率可达85%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率超过86%,多处区域降尘效率接近90%。
The dust suppression technology with wireless linkage and negative pressure spray is used to solve the high concentration dust caused by high-intensity work in the 15030 fully mechanized face in Xinjing Mine.With underground static-pressure water and compressed air pipelines,high-speed spray mixed by air and water by designed ratio forms a negative pressure zone of 1 meter in diameter,attracting the airflow containing high-concentration dust to the spraying area to capture moisture and reduce dust.Meanwhile,wireless linkage is used to realize automatic tracking and spraying during the operation of shearers,ensuring that the front and rear rollers and downwind flow of the shearers are always in the control and capture range of the negative pressure spray,so as to effectively control dust escape and purify dust airflow.The comprehensive assessment shows that the efficiency of the total dust reduction can reach 85%,respirable dust reduction exceeds 86%,and regional dust reduction is close to 90%in 15030 fully mechanized caving face.
