磁窑沟选煤厂工艺系统优化改造 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步释放煤炭洗选产能,改善磁窑沟选煤厂洗选能力与煤矿生产能力不匹配的现状,需要将磁窑沟洗煤厂的洗选产能由原设计的300万t/a提升至600万t/a,因此对选煤厂洗选工艺技术进行了优化改造。工艺优化过程中,充分考虑各种工艺设备和工艺环节的要求,利用现有厂房布局对原煤、精煤运输设备进行提速改造;通过一系列改造,如对比筛分效率,选用交叉筛作为新增加的原煤脱粉设备;针对块煤处理能力不足的问题,将单层直线筛替换为双层直线筛,替换下的直线振动筛改为末煤脱介筛等,满足了矿井生产要求。改造后的日入洗原煤量由原先的0.9万t增加至2.0万t,年入洗原煤量达到600万t。 In order to further release coal washing capacity and improve the current mismatch between the washing capacity of Ciyaogou Coal Preparation Plant and the production capacity of the coal mine,it is necessary to increase the washing capacity from the original 3 million t/a to 6 million t/a.Therefore,the coal washing process of the plant has been optimized and transformed.The optimization fully considered the requirements of various process equipment and links to upgrade the raw coal and clean coal transportation equipment based on the existing plant.A series of transformation met the mine production requirements,including selecting cross screen as the new raw coal depulverization equipment and replacing the single-layer linear screen with a double-layer linear screen and the linear vibrating screen with medium draining screen.After the transformation,the daily amount of washed raw coal increased from the original 9 million tons to 20,000 tons,and the annual amount reached 6 million tons.
