抗战胜利后,解放区矿业恢复和发展面临着极为恶劣的环境。在物质利益激励不足的情况下,中国共产党在矿区内开展了一场声势浩大的“反把”运动,以调动工人阶级劳动的积极性。从实际效用来看,这场运动增强了工人的主人翁意识,转变了矿工的劳动态度,使矿工的劳动效率空前提高,从而为战争的最终胜利奠定了物质基础。中国共产党之所以能够取得成功,在于她制定了正确的政策策略,同时,在政策执行出现偏差之际,能够勇于正视自身问题,始终以生产发展为衡量标准,注意处理不同性质的矛盾,从而将群众的热情控制在合理的范围内。

After the victory of the anti-Japanese war,the environment in the liberated areas was extremely harsh for the recovery and development of the mining industry.In the absence of material incentives,the Communist Party of China launched a massive campaign against the labor contractor in the mining area to stimulate the enthusiasm of the working class for labor.In terms of practical utility,this campaign enhanced the miners'sense of ownership that their attitude towards labor changed and the labor efficiency improved unprecedentedly,which laid a solid material foundation for the eventual victory of the civil war.The victory of the Communist Party of China in the civil war lies in its correct policies and strategies.When there are deviations in policy implementation,the Communist Party of China can face up to its own problems,always take the development of production as the benchmark,and handle contradictions of different natures correctly that the masses’enthusiasm for labor remains within a reasonable range.
