基于AMPK信号通路抗血管钙化的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血管钙化(vascular calcification,VC)是指血管壁软组织内的钙沉积不适当积累所引起血管弹性下降,其机制与血管璧细胞成骨分化异常密切相关。AMP活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)是细胞能量状态的主要传感器,越来越多的证据显示AMPK在VC进展中的重要作用。包括激活内皮型一氧化氮合酶、触发自噬抑制细胞凋亡、改善氧化应激和炎症、减弱内质网应激、抑制骨相关转录因子(runt-related transcription factor2,Runx)2信号通路和动态相关蛋白1介导的线粒体裂变、调控血管周围脂肪组织等。目前已发现多种通过激活AMPK改善VC的药物,这些药物有望为VC的治疗提供新的方向。
