隔代抚养家庭中祖辈教养方式的类型及冲突研究——以农村留守儿童为例

Research on the Types of Grandparents,Parenting Style and Intergenerational Conflicts in Intergenerational Parental Families-Taking Rural Left-behind Children as the Case

基于对农村留守儿童隔代抚养家庭的质性分析,本文尝试总结归纳祖辈教养方式的类型及与父辈间的冲突。研究发现,从教养观念与行为两个维度考量,可将农村留守儿童隔代抚养家庭的祖辈教养方式分为乐观引导型、担忧保护型、高盼管控型、消极放任型四种。此外,祖辈不同的应对方式能够调节与父辈间的冲突,其中有效的沟通是消解教养冲突的重要方式。

Based on the qualitative analysis of the rural left behind children's parenting families,this paper attempts to summarize the types of grandparents"parenting styles and the conflicts with their parents.The results show that from the perspective of parenting concept and behavior,the grandparents"parenting styles of rural left behind children can be divided into four types:optimistic guidance type,worry protection type,high expectation control type and negative laissez faire type.In addition,different coping styles of grandparents can regulate the conflict with their parents,and effective communication is an important way to resolve the parenting conflict.
