摘要
在悬臂梁上施加载荷使其产生弯曲,通过标尺测出光斑移动的距离,利用激光束测量悬臂梁自由端转角的变化,再根据理论关系式即可计算得到待测材料的弹性模量.利用该实验装置测量了铝合金和不锈钢试件的弹性模量,与理论值符合较好.实验装置结构简单、操作方便、测量精度高,具有良好的实用性.
A load was applied to bend the cantilever,the spot movement was measured by a ruler,the change of the free-end rotation angle was measured by a laser beam,and the elastic modulus was calculated based on the theoretical relation formula.Using the experimental device,the elastic moduli of aluminum alloy and stainless steel specimens were measured,and were in good agreement with the theoretical values.Besides,the experimental device had the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,high measurement accuracy,and high practicability.
