摘要
目的 探索基于雨课堂的PBL教学法在妇科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 将2个临床本科班级分为实验组和对照组。实验组(40名学生)采用基于雨课堂的PBL教学,对照组(40名学生)采用传统LBL教学,比较2组理论测验成绩和对教学效果的评分,调查学生对雨课堂应用的评价情况。结果 实验组理论测验成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生在教学效果5个方面的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组绝大多数学生认可基于雨课堂的教学方式。结论 基于雨课堂的PBL教学方法有助于提高教学效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method based on rain class in clinical teaching of gynecology.Methods Two clinical undergraduate classes were divided into study group and control group.The study group( n=40) adopted PBL teaching model based on rain class,while the control group( n=40) adopted traditional LBL teaching model.Theoretical test scores and teaching effect scores were compared,and a questionnaire survey was performed to evaluate the effect of rain class application.Results The theoretical test scores of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group( P<0.05),and the scores of the study group in five aspects of teaching effect were significantly higher than that of the control group( P<0.05).Most of the students in the study group approved of the rain class teaching.Conclusion PBL teaching method based on rain class can improve the teaching effect in clinical teaching of gynecology and is worthy of application in the future.
