独活寄生汤联合热奄包外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with External Application of Fomentation Package in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 分析独活寄生汤联合热奄包外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 回顾性分析在上高县中医院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,于2018年1月—2020年9月选取60例作为试验对象,按照入院时间均分为2组(各30例),其中30例采用常规西药治疗,作为对照组,30例采用独活寄生汤联合热奄包外敷治疗,作为观察组,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间血清炎症因子差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间功能量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组JOA评分、VAS评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用独活寄生汤联合热奄包外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可明显改善患者腰椎疼痛等症状,减轻炎症反应,缓解疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external application of fomentation package in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Shanggao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was made.From January 2018 to September 2020,60 pa-tients were selected as experimental subjects,and were divided into 2 groups(30 patients in each group) according to the time of ad-mission.Among them,30 patients were treated with conventional western medicine,as the control group,and 30 patients were treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external application of fomentation package,as the observation group,and the treatment effect of the 2 groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group 96.67%(29/30) was significantly higher than that of control group 80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors be-tween groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of functional scale between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in JOA and VAS scores between the observation group and the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external application of fomentation package can significantly improve the symptoms of lum-bar pain,reduce inflammation,relieve pain,and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
