针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupotomy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的 观察针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 选取霞浦县中医院2019年1月—2019年12月收治的60例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组采用针刀治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后膝关节VAS评分、Lysholm评分,观察患者疼痛及膝关节功能情况,治疗后临床疗效。结果 治疗后,2组患者VAS评分均下降,Lysholm评分均有升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组改善趋势较对照组明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的86.67%(26/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用针刀疗法可明显减轻患者疼痛症状,改善膝关节功能,提高患者日常生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods From January 2019 to December2019,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with acupotomy.The VAS score and Lysholm score of knee joint before and after treatment were compared,and the pain and function of knee joint were observed.Results The VAS score of the control group and the observation group decreased after treatment,the Lysholm score was increased,the improvement trend of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group( P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30) was higher than that of the control group was 86.67%(26/30),and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy can obviously relieve the pain symptoms,improve the function of knee joint and improve the daily life quality of patients.
