辨证施护结合穴位贴敷对冠心病患者生活、情绪及临床症状的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Acupoint Application On Life,Emotion and Clinical Symptoms of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探讨冠心病行中医辨证施护结合穴位贴敷对患者生活、情绪及临床症状的影响。方法 选取江西省婺源县人民医院2019年8月—2020年8月冠心病患者90例,按照随机数字表法将其分成2组,对照组47例给予基础治疗联合传统护理;观察组43例给予基础治疗、中医辨证施护联合穴位贴敷。用焦虑、抑郁量表对2组负性情绪进行评定,用36条目简明健康量表(SF-36)评定2组生活质量,另对比2组临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率93.02%(40/43)较对照组76.60%(36/47)高(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑、抑郁评分与对照组相比,明显偏低(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36评分相比对照组,明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论 针对冠心病患者,采用穴位贴敷与中医辨证施护相联合的方法来实施干预,效果好,能改善负性情绪,提高生活质量,临床应用效果突出。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with acupoint application on the life,emotion and clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods In Wuyuan People’s Hospital,from August 2019 to August 2020 as the time node,90 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and divided in-to two groups according to random number table method.47 cases in the control group were given basic treatment combined with tra-ditional nursing,while 43 cases in the observation group were given basic treatment,traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with acupoint application.The negative emotions of the two groups were evaluated with anxiety and depression scale,and 36 items were concise and healthy SF-36 was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group 93.02%(40/43) was higher than that of the control group 76.60%(36/47)(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significant-ly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease,the method of acupoint application combined with tra-ditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation to implement the intervention has good effect,can improve nega-tive emotions,improve the quality of life,clinical application efficiency is outstanding.
