摘要
目的 观察循证护理联合足三里穴位注射维生素B_(6)对妊娠剧吐患者的临床疗效。方法 随机将选取符合纳入标准的,来自河南省中医院生殖医学科的100例妊娠剧吐患者分为对照组50例和治疗组50例。对照组给予常规护理;治疗组给予循证护理联合足三里穴位注射维生素B_(6),治疗周期为2个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率86.00%(43/50)优于对照组的68.00%(34/50),经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,治疗组住院时间、护理操作评分、质量评分及满意度评分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 循证护理联合足三里穴位注射维生素B_(6)在改善孕妇妊娠剧吐,缩短住院时间、提高生活质量评分方面具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing combined with Zusanli (ST36) acupoint injection of vitamin B6 on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 100 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum from the reproductive medicine department of Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group (50 cases)and treatment group (50 cases).The control group was given routine nursing.The treatment group was given evidence-based nursing combined with Zusanli (ST36) acupoint injection of vitamin B_(6),and the treatment cycle was 2 courses.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.00%(43/50) and that of the control group was 68.00%(34/50),respectively,compared with the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the length of stay,nursing operation score,quality score and satisfaction score of the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with Zusanli (ST36) acupoint injection of vitamin B6 is of great significance in improving hyperemesis gravidarum,shortening hospital stay and improving quality of life score of pregnant women.
