清代著名医家俞根初在《通俗伤寒论》中首次记载羚角钩藤汤。原方用以治疗痰火扰肝、手足抽搐、嘈杂不寐之证,是清火镇肝熄风的代表方,广为后世应用。经过历代医家的临床实践与探索,对原方进行加减,使其临床应用更为广泛。作者通过阅读大量文献及书籍,现对羚角钩藤汤及其加减的临床应用进行归纳总结,旨在为临床运用提供参考。

Yu Genchu,a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty,first recorded Lingjiao Gouteng decoction in Popular Treatise on Typhoid Fever.The original prescription is used to treat the syndrome of phlegm fire disturbing the liver,hand and foot twitching,noise and insomnia.It is the representative prescription of clearing fire and suppressing the liver wind,which is widely used in later genera-tions.After the clinical practice and exploration of the doctors in the past dynasties,the original formula was added and subtracted to make its clinical application more extensive.Through reading a lot of literature and books,the author summarized the clinical appli-cation of Lingjiao Gouteng decoction and its addition and subtraction,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
