Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought and Theoretical System of Rule of Law

近两年,法学界致力于对习近平法治思想进行学理化阐释、学术化表达、体系化构建,形成了"三新"范式、"六论"范式、"三基本"范式和"概论"范式等学理阐释范式。如果从学科体系创新角度进行体系化构建,我们会发现,习近平法治思想蕴含着关于法治的一般原理、关于中国特色社会主义法治的基本理论、关于全面依法治国的系统理论、关于法治体系建设的基本理论、关于部门法治的理论,形成了科学的法治理论体系,开辟了法治思想研究新领域,推动了法治学学科体系的形成,指导法学教育和法治人才培养的历史性变革,为完善中国特色社会主义法学理论体系、学科体系、课程体系,提供了根本遵循。

In recent two years, legal circles have been concerned with theoretical explaining, academic expression and systematic construction of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought, by forming“new ideas, new ideas, new strategies”paradigm, “six theories”paradigm, “three basic points”paradigm and“Introduction”paradigm.To construct Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought systematically in perspective of discipline system innovation, we can find it contains general principles of rule of law, fundamental theories of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, systematic theories of law-based governance in China, fundamental theories of construction of rule of law system, and theory of rule of departmental law.Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought has formed scientific system of rule of law theory, opened up new research fields of rule of law thought, promoted the formation of discipline system of rule of law, guided the historical transform of legal education and rule of law talent training.It provides fundamental compliance for perfecting the theatrical system, discipline system and curriculum system of socialist legal science with Chinese characteristics.
