钢卷穿心缠绕机结构设计与特性分析

摘要 针对钢卷缠绕膜手工作业包装存在的包装效率低、包装质量差的缺点,为实现缠绕膜包装的自动化,对全自动钢卷穿心缠绕包装机的机械结构进行了设计。首先对包装需求和包装工艺进行分析,接着分别对其中的缠绕包装小车、缠绕机包装定位系统和自动包护角机进行了机械结构设计和Solidworks三维建模,并对其结构及工作原理进行了阐述。最后通过ANSYS对机构的关键零部件进行了有限元分析,对机架进行了模态分析。仿真结果表明该结构的静强度符合设计要求。研究为后续的优化设计和试验样机的搭建提供了理论基础。 In view of the shortcomings of low packaging efficiency in manual operation packaging of steel coil, the mechanical structure of steel coil through core winding packaging machine is designed in this paper.Firstly, this paper analyzes the packaging technology, and then carries out the mechanical structure design and Solidworks three-dimensional modeling of the winding packaging trolley, the packaging positioning system of the winding machine and the automatic corner wrapping machine, and expounds its structure and working principle.Finally, the finite element analysis of the key parts of the mechanism is carried out through ANSYS,and the modal analysis of the frame is carried out.The simulation results show that the mechanical structure can work normally under the actual packaging conditions, replace manual to realize the automation of steel coil winding film packaging, and meet the speed and quality requirements of packaging.
