木钉连接胶合板加固开孔洞胶合木节点拉伸性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 木结构梁柱中的连接节点通常在梁柱上开孔后穿插螺栓进行连接,而开孔会减小构件的截面,降低开孔处强度,因此需采取增强措施,采用木钉及胶合板做外部增强件,研究有无胶粘剂、木钉排布方式、数量对胶合木节点开孔处的加固增强效果及可行性,分析节点的承载力、刚度及能量耗散。结果表明,木钉胶合板加固顺纹组试件时木钉数量在7枚及以上并涂布胶粘剂连接胶合板加固性能最佳,但不建议用做横纹加固。 Connecting node of timber beam and column are often connected by bolt after making hole on beam and column, but the opening may reduce the cross section of component and the strength may be weakened at the opening, so reinforcement measure shall be adopted. This paper used wood nail and glue laminated timber as external reinforcement component to research the reinforcement effect and feasibility of adhesive, wood nail layout and number at glue laminated timber node opening, and to analyze the bearing capacity, rigidity and energy dissipation of the node. It was found that seven or more wood nails combining with application of adhesive have the best reinforcement performance when wood nail-laminated timber was used to reinforce specimen parallel to timber grain,and reinforcement perpendicular to timber grain is not recommended.
