摘要
公路桥梁门式标志架等交通标识常采用悬挑加长盖梁端部的形式。悬挑盖梁施工高度高,施工荷载大,悬挑端支撑要求高。京秦高速公路东张庄特大桥施工中,通过研究悬挑盖梁支撑体系,优化盖梁施工工艺,设计了悬挑盖梁支撑,克服了不利因素的影响,节约了工期,保证了质量及安全。
Traffic signs, such as highway bridge overhead sign frame, usually adopt long cantilever capping beam end, which has high construction height, big construction load and high requirement for cantilever end support. During construction of Dongzhangzhuang especially-large bridge construction along Beijing-Qinhuangdao express way, cantilever capping beam support system was analyzed to optimize capping beam construction process, design cantilever capping beam support and overcome adverse influencing factors, successfully shortening the construction period and ensuring construction quality and safety.
