摘要
当前越来越多的公共建筑采用大柱网、大空间的钢结构楼盖,根据常见18 m、21 m、24 m、27 m、30 m、33 m、36 m、39 m的大跨度结构,分别对型钢-混凝土组合梁楼盖、型钢梁混凝土楼盖、钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖、矩形钢-混凝土组合楼盖四种不同的结构楼盖方案,应用结构分析软件建立数值模型,进行经济性分析,结果表明考虑材料价格及施工的便易性,建议18~30 m跨度优先采用型钢-混凝土组合梁楼盖;30~33 m跨度可选用型钢-混凝土组合梁楼盖或钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖;33 m以上跨度建议优先采用钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖。
More and more public buildings adopt large column grid and large space steel structure floor.Considering 18m,21m,24m,27m,30m,33m,36m and 39m large-span structures,structure analysis software was used to build numerical model for four different structural floor types,including profile steel and concrete composite beam floor,profile steel beam concrete floor,steel truss and concrete composite floor and rectangular steel and concrete floor,to carry out economic analysis.It was found that 18~30m wide span is recommended to use profile steel and concrete composite beam floor,30~33m wide span to use profile steel and concrete composite beam floor or steel truss and concrete composite floor and span larger than 33m to use steel truss and concrete composite floor.
