广西百色市壮族成人皮褶厚度的研究

Research on skinfold thickness of Zhuang ethnic adults in Baise of Guangxi

目的探讨广西百色壮族成人皮褶厚度特点。方法采取随机抽样的方法从百色市抽取壮族成人435例(男191例,女244例)测量肱二头肌皮褶(BS)、肱三头肌皮褶(TS)、肩胛下皮褶(SBS)、髂前上棘皮褶(ASS)四个部分的皮褶厚度。结果结果显示,壮族成年人中SBS厚度值最高,BS厚度值最低。族群中女性皮褶厚度均高于男性。聚类分析结果表明壮族男性的皮褶厚度特点与黎族、白马人、云南傣族、黔南水族相似,壮族女性的皮褶厚度特点与独龙族、克木人、佤族、仫佬族相似。结论在皮下脂肪的发育方面壮族躯干脂肪发育要优于四肢脂肪发育。壮族与其他地理位置相近的族群特点基本相似。

Objective To explore the characteristics of skinfold thickness of Zhuang adults in Baise,Guangxi.Methods 435 adults of Zhuang ethnic group(191 males and 244 females)were randomly selected from Baise in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.This study measured the thickness of their biceps skinfold(BS),triceps skinfold(TS),shoulder blade skinfold(SBS),and anterior superior spine skinfold(ASS).Results Zhuang adults had the highest value in the thickness of SBS and lowest value in the thickness of BS.The skinfold thickness of Zhuang females was higher than that of Zhuang males.The results of cluster analysis showed that the characteristics of skinfold thickness of Zhuang males were similar to those of Li,Baima,Dai ethnic groups in Yunnan as well as those of Shui ethnic in Qiannan.The skinfold thickness characteristics of Zhuang females were similar to those of Dulong,Kemu,Wa and Mulao ethnic groups.Conclusion In terms of the development of subcutaneous fat,Zhuang people develop better in the trunk fat than that in the limb fat.The skinfold thickness characteristics of Zhuang are basically similar to those of other ethnic groups at geographically similar locations.
