东北地区草本生物质灰熔融及结渣特性实验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on ash melting and slagging characteristics of herbaceous biomass in northeast China

摘要 选取我国东北地区7种典型生物质为研究对象,通过X射线衍射谱图分析、X射线荧光光谱分析、扫描电子电镜形貌分析和X射线能谱分析,结合生物质灰的灰熔融温度测定结果、生物质灰锥面积收缩率曲线以及由碱金属氧化物(K_(2)O、Na_(2)O)、碱土金属氧化物(MgO、CaO)和Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)组成的三元体系,对7种典型生物质灰的沾污特性及结渣倾向进行了研究,并针对软化温度提出了新的预测生物质灰结渣的指标J。结果表明:当J<1,生物质灰具有严重结渣倾向;当1≤J<2,生物质灰具有中等结渣风险;当J≥2,生物质灰具有较低结渣风险。该结论为减少生物质锅炉或生物质燃煤耦合发电锅炉的结渣现象提供了新的参考指标。 Seven typical biomass species in northeast China are selected as the research objects, through X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectrum analysis, X-ray fluorescence(XRF) spectrum analysis, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) topography analysis and X-ray energy spectrum analysis(EDS), combined with the measurement results of the ash melting temperature of biomass ash, the area shrinkage rate curve of biomass ash cone, and the ternary composed of alkali metal oxides(K_(2)O, Na_(2)O), alkaline earth metal oxides(MgO, CaO) and Al_(2)O_(3), SiO_(2)system, as well as the fouling characteristics and slagging tendency of 7 typical biomass ash, were studied. Moreover, a new index J for predicting biomass ash slagging was proposed for the softening temperature. The results show that: when J<1, the biomass ash has a serious slagging tendency;when 1≤J<2, the biomass ash has a moderate slagging risk;when J≥2, the biomass ash has a low slagging risk. This conclusion provides a new reference index for reducing the slagging of biomass boilers or biomass coal-fired coupled power generation boilers.
