盐雾环境下发电机定子停用防护技术

摘要 在模拟高湿度盐雾环境下,研究了发电机定子金属材质的腐蚀行为,并开发出了一套发电机定子充氮保养系统,在某电厂百万千瓦机组上开展了工业试验。结果表明:金属表面盐分的沉积显著加速了金属材质的停用腐蚀,采用充氮法排除定子内的氧气能够有效抑制金属腐蚀的发生;充氮保养系统投运后41 h,氮气纯度可达到98.8%,投运113 h后,定子内相对湿度降至5%以下,并长期保持稳定;试验过程中,发电机定子相关金属材质防腐效果良好,发电子定子绝缘电阻质量得到改善。 The corrosion behavior of generator stator metal material in simulated high humidity salt spray environment was studied, and a nitrogen-charging maintenance system for generator stator was developed, and industrial tests were carried out on a 100 megawatt unit. The results show that, the deposition of salt on the metal surface accelerated the corrosion of the metal material, and the removal of oxygen from the stator by nitrogen filling method can effectively inhibit the corrosion of the metal material. The nitrogen purity reached 98.8% after 41 h of nitrogen charging and the maintenance system was put into operation, and the relative humidity in the stator decreased to below 5% after the system ran for 113 h. During the test, the anti-corrosion effect of the related metal materials of the generator stator was good, and the disqualification of the insulation resistance of the generator stator was effectively improved.
