PVC树脂对体育用交联PVC泡沫泡孔结构的影响

摘要 为了实现对于交联PVC泡沫开孔率的灵活调整,制备出物理性能各不相同的交联PVC泡沫材料,运用PSH-30糊树脂和PB-700制备基于掺混糊树脂的交联PVC泡沫材料。综合运用微观、宏观两种形貌观察方式来分析PB-700添加量对于交联PVC泡沫泡孔结构的影响,进而确定PB-700的合理添加量,并且提出了制备交联PVC泡沫时的工艺调整策略。 In order to achieve flexible adjustment of the opening rate of cross-linked PVC foam,and prepare cross-linked PVC foam materials with different physical properties.By use of PSH-30 paste resin and PB-700,cross-linked PVC foam materials were prepared based on the mixed paste resin.Both micro and macro morphology observation methods were adopted to analyze the influence of PB-700 addition amount on the cellular structure of cross-linked PVC foam,then the reasonable addition amount of PB-700 was determined,and finally the process adjustment strategies were thus put forward for the preparation of cross-linked PVC foam.
