摘要
选择熔体流动速率5.4 g/10 mim的高密度聚乙烯生产出熔体流动速率大于20 g/10 mim的氯化聚乙烯;采用多次分批加入单体的方法(三段聚合),聚合温度84℃生产高塑化丙烯酸酯类ACR。根据目标制品的用途、性能和经济要求以及生产工艺、生产设备条件,将氯化聚乙烯、环保耐热稳定剂和高塑化丙烯酸酯类助剂ACR合理搭配并确定其用量范围,最终复配出高速挤出用功能性聚合物助剂。
Through experiments,high density polyethylene with melt index of 5.4 g/10 min was selected to produce chlorinated polyethylene with melt index greater than 20 g/10 min.The method of adding monomers in batches for many times(three-stage polymerization)was adopted with timely heat removal and cooling through jacketed cold water concerned at the same time.The polymerization temperature was 84℃to produce high plasticized acrylate ACR.According to the use,performance and economic requirements of the target product,as well as the conditions of production process and production equipment,the specific melt index chlorinated polyethylene,environmental protection and heat-resistant stabilizer and high plasticized acrylate assistant ACR were reasonably matched and the dosage range was determined,and finally the functional polymer assistant for high-speed extrusion was compounded.
