气相色谱-串联质谱法测定塑料制品中紫外线吸收剂奥克立林和依托立林

Simultaneous Determination of Ultraviolet Absorbent Octocrylenes and Etocrilenes in Plastics by Gas Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 利用气相色谱-串联质谱,建立了一种对塑料制品中紫外线吸收剂奥克立林和依托立林同时筛查的方法。用二氯甲烷和甲醇提取目标化合物,经超声波辅助萃取,在气相色谱-串联质谱上采取液体进样法,气相色谱采用低级性的SH-RXI-5SIL MS毛细管柱进行分离,质谱采用多反应检测模式进行测定。结果表明,奥克立林和依托立林的检出限和定量限均达到1μg/L,在5~100μg/L的范围内,目标化合物线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))≥0.995,回收率为97%~109%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.03%~9.69%。该方法能够满足塑料制品中奥克立林和依托立林的分析要求,可用于相关产品的检测。 A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the ultraviolet absorbents octocrylenes and etocrilenes in plastic products by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The additives were extracted from food contact plastic materials by supersonic extraction with dichloromethane and methanol,and the liquid injection method was adopted on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The gas chromatography was separated by a low-polarity SH-RXI-5SIL MS capillary column,and the multi-reaction detection mode was used for determination.The results showed that the limits of detection and quantification of oxytetracyclines and etocriclines both reached 1μg/L.Within the range of 5~100μg/L,the target compounds have a good linear relationship in their respective ranges,the correlation coefficients(r^(2))are all≥0.995,and the recoveries ranged from 97%~109%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)are 2.03%~9.69%.The method can meet the requirements for the analysis of oxytetracyclines and etocriclines in plastic products,and can be used for the detection of related products.
