在企业中开展思想政治事务,是塑料企业管理的重要组成部分,是坚持中国特色社会主义方向的必然要求,也是企业自主发展的客观要求。论文阐明了塑料企业思想政治工作的内涵和扩展,建议在现代企业管理体制下,塑料企业必须妥善处理以企业为主体的工作与思想政治工作之间的关系,通过多种渠道发展企业思想政治工作的多种体系。

Carrying out ideological and political affairs in enterprises is an important part of the management of plastic enterprises,an inevitable requirement to adhere to the direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and an objective requirement for the independent development of enterprises.This paper expounds the connotation and expansion of the ideological and political work of plastic enterprises,and suggests that under the modern enterprise management system,plastic enterprises should properly handle the relationship between the work of enterprises as the main body and ideological and political work,and develop various systems of ideological and political work of enterprises through various channels.
