摘要
阿拉伯客商促进了中阿之间的经贸合作与文化交流。但由于语言文化、生活习惯等方面的差异,阿拉伯客商在我国的社会融入存在诸多问题,也给社会融入管理提出了挑战。由于中阿文化差异的存在,以及当前社会融入管理法律不完备、社会服务不足等问题,制约了社会融入管理效能的发挥。在社会融入管理方面,应采取普遍管理与分类施策、激励与约束相结合的策略,从结构性融入、文化融入、法律融入和构建开放包容的社会环境这四个维度着手,促进阿拉伯客商在我国的社会融入。
Arab customers have promoted the economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchange between China and Arab.However,due to language culture and living habits,Arab customers are incorporated into our country,and it has formed“cultural island”in isolation with mainstream society.Due to the existence of Central Aquarium,and the problem of imperfection of the law in the management of the current social integration,as well as the problem of insufficient social services,restrict the performance of social integration,lead to the loss of Arab talents and funds.The strategy of universal management and classification,incentive and constraints should be adopted.From the four dimensions of structural integration,cultural integration,legal integration and construction of social environment of openness and inclusiveness,promote the social integration of Arab customers.
