摘要
贵州某高品位碳酸盐型胶磷矿硅含量低,主要脉石矿物是白云石类碳酸盐矿物。针对该矿石特点,采用反浮选工艺,进行了以全硫酸、全磷酸、硫酸和磷酸混酸作为抑制剂的浮选试验,并采用实验室柱机联选装置对该矿进行了浮选适应性研究,结果表明,使用全硫酸、全磷酸、硫酸和磷酸的混酸作为抑制剂,或是采用柱机联选工艺,均可得到精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位不低于35.72%、MgO质量分数不高于0.92%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率不低于96.42%、MER不高于0.07的优异分选指标,实现了对该矿的高效选别。
A high grade dolomitic phosphate rock mined from Guizhou contained a little amount of silicates.The principal gangue mineral was dolomite,a carbonate mineral.According to the ore nature,the reverse flotation tests using sulfuric acid only,phosphoric acid only and the mixture of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as inhibitors were carried out respectively.The adaptability of the beneficiation process with combination of flotation column and flotation cells was studied in the laboratory.The results show that the phosphate concentrates assayed≥35.72%P_(2)O_(5),≤0.92%MgO,and≤0.07 MER can be obtained with≥96.42%P_(2)O_(5)recovery by using the said process.Thus efficient beneficiation of the phosphate rock can be achieved.
