摘要
易地扶贫搬迁安置点的适龄儿童能否接受更好的教育,是搬迁群体能否留下来、稳得住的重要因素。留守儿童在离校后如何得到更全面的关照,不仅关系监护人的家庭和睦、工作顺利,也关系搬迁社区的和谐稳定。在移民搬迁点开设“周末小课堂”,由社会工作者对移民搬迁点留守儿童提供情感陪伴、安全教育、兴趣培养、实践引领、学业辅导等方面的服务,有助于缓解留守儿童监护人的抚育压力,缓解移民搬迁点的集体焦虑,推动脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接;有利于推动“双减”政策落地,提升社会工作服务供给能力。
The school-age children being able to receive better education and live a better life in the relocation sites is important for the group of relocated people to stay and live steadily. Left-behind children getting more comprehensive care after school is not only related to the family harmony and the working state of their legal guardian, but also the harmony and stability of the relocation community. To initiate "weekend classes" in relocation sites with social workers providing services to those left-behind children such as emotional company, safety education, interest cultivation, guidance of practices, homework assistance and so on, aims to ease the pressure of those legal guardians in raising children and the collective anxiety in those sites. Therefore, through these ways, we can promote effectively the connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, contribute to the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and improve the supply capacity of social work services.
