摘要
人力资源配置优化对于提高医疗机构的社会责任与核心竞争力具有重要意义,文中在突发公共卫生事件的情况下,深入研究了医疗人力资源优化配置的算法设计问题。对于人力资源优化配置问题,将其转换为约束条件下的目标优化问题,采用局部与全局约束结合的方法建立了精细化的人力资源模型,并求解出优化方程。通过引入改进蜂群算法,使用实验方法优化了复杂背景下目标优化方程的结构参数,得出系统最优解集。实验测试结果表明,文中所提方法能够得出人力资源优化的多目标问题的最优解,具有良好的服务溢出能力,能够支持突发紧急状况下的合理人力资源配置,同时保障无疫情地区的正常医疗服务。
Human resource allocation optimization is of great significance to improve the social responsibility and core competitiveness of medical institutions. In this paper,in the case of public health emergencies,the algorithm design of medical human resource allocation optimization is deeply studied.For the optimal allocation of human resources,this paper transforms it into a constrained objective optimization problem,establishes a refined human resource model by combining local and global constraints,and solves the optimization equation. By introducing the improved bee colony algorithm,the structural parameters of the objective optimization equation under complex background are optimized by using experimental method,and the optimal solution set of the system is obtained. The experimental results show that the proposed method can get the optimal solution to the multi-objective problem of human resource optimization,has good service spillover ability,and can support the reasonable allocation of human resources in emergency situations,while ensuring the normal medical services in non epidemic areas.
