摘要 为了解决传统分拣过程中效率低下的问题,文中采用LabVIEW设计了机械臂分拣系统,通过将不同位置、形状的目标进行分拣,并在PC端获得对目标的统计信息,利用LabVIEW读取目标信息数据,通过判断选出合适的数据组,并将其转化为串口通信指令发送给机械臂控制板,解析指令后按步骤完成分拣操作。实验结论显示,系统上位机可同步显示目标数量,并绘制出目标物体在载物台上的坐标图,机械臂的操作精确度调整简便易行。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the traditional raw material sorting process,a mechanical arm sorting system based on LabVIEW is designed,which can sort the targets of different positions and shapes,and obtain the statistical information of the targets at the PC end. This design uses LabVIEW to read the target information data,selects the appropriate data group through judgment,and converts it into serial communication instructions to send to the manipulator control board. After analyzing the instructions,the sorting operation is completed step by step. In the process of operation,the host computer can display the number of targets synchronously,and draw the coordinate map of the target on the stage. The operation accuracy of the manipulator is easy to adjust.
