摘要 针对电力物资质量检测全生命周期流程管控的要求,文中对电子标签和相关的智能数据处理方法进行了研究,设计了电力物资检测系统。在进行系统设计前,通过对物资质量管理需求的充分调研分析,设计了物资赋码、物资取样、物资封样、物资打卡、物资状态查询、物资稽查与告警、数据统计与分析7个功能模块,实现了电力物资供应计划、检测计划、现场实际到货的紧密连接。系统采用电子标签作为物资流转的唯一身份标识,文中对系统部署所需的电子标签数据智能化处理方法进行研究。引入基于矩阵欠定分离的防碰撞模型,并在实际的系统部署环境下进行算法仿真测试。仿真结果表明,文中所提出的算法在天线个数为6时,可达到系统最大吞吐量2.23 Mbit/s,性能明显优于常用的anti-BSS算法。 According to the requirements of the whole life cycle process control of power material quality inspection,this paper studies the electronic tag and related intelligent data processing methods,and designs the power material detection system.Before the system design,through the full investigation and analysis of the material quality management requirements,seven functional modules are designed,including material code assignment,material sampling,material sealing,material clock in,material status query,material inspection and alarm,data statistics and analysis,to realize the close connection of power material supply plan,inspection plan and actual arrival on site.The system uses electronic tag as the unique identification of material flow.In this paper,the intelligent processing method of electronic tag data required by system deployment is studied,and the anti-collision model based on matrix underdetermined separation is introduced,and the algorithm simulation test is carried out in the actual system deployment environment.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve the maximum throughput of 2.23 Mbit/s when the number of antennas is 6,and the performance is obviously better than the commonly used anti-BSS algorithm.
