地方高校与区域产业合作创新耦合发展研究

Collaborative Innovation Coupling Between Local Universities and Regional Industries

为探讨地方高校与区域产业合作创新的内在联系,以我国31个省份的2015-2019年数据为样本,构建了地方高校与区域产业合作创新的评价指标体系,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型和耦合紧密度模型,以湖北省为实证,与全国整体情况进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:湖北省地方高校与区域产业合作创新耦合协调度位于全国第5名,为上游层次,其在五年内为持续上升发展趋势。湖北省地方高校与区域产业合作创新耦合紧密度五年间总体排名位居全国第6位,耦合紧密度平均值高于全国平均水平,呈现上升趋势,但增速较缓慢。基于此,文章从保持创新优势、搭建区域技术创新平台、建立政产学研用战略联盟、优化科技成果转化路径等四个方面提出建议,以期提升湖北省地方高校与区域产业合作创新水平。

In order to explore the internal relationship between local universities and regional industrial collaborative innovation,based on the data of 31 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)in China from 2015 to 2019,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the collaborative innovation between local universities and regional industries,uses the entropy method,the coupling coordination degree model and the coupling closeness degree model,and takes Hubei Province as an example to compare and analyze with the whole situation of the country.The findings suggest:Hubei Province local universities and the industrial collaborative innovation coupling coordinated degree overall row top 5,belongs to the superior level,and presents the rising tendency in five years.The coupling compactness degree of local universities and regional industrial collaborative innovation in Hubei Province ranks the sixth in the whole country in five years.The average value of coupling closeness degree in five years is higher than the national average level,showing an upward trend,but the growth rate is slow.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects:maintaining the advantages of innovation,building regional technological innovation platform,establishing the strategic alliance of government,industry,university,research and application,and optimizing the transformation path of scientific and technological achievements,to improve the innovation level of cooperation between local universities and regional industries in Hubei Province.
