以色列理工学院工程教育模式及启示——基于四重螺旋创新生态系统的分析

Engineering Education Model of Israel Institute of Technology and Its Enlightenment——Based on the Analysis of Quadruple Spiral Innovation Ecosystem

以色列理工学院是以色列乃至全球的顶尖学府,享有"以色列的麻省理工"之美誉,在以色列的经济乃至国家发展中具有举足轻重的作用。创新是贯穿于以色列理工学院工程教育办学实践的主线,文章以四重螺旋创新生态系统理论为分析框架,从办学理念、生源选拔、课程教学及校企合作形式等方面对以色列理工学院工程教育办学模式进行深入剖析,进而形成对我国工程教育的启示,即"确立内外融通的工程教育办学理念""探索兼顾公平与效率的特色生源选拔机制""完善专业教育与个性化发展相结合的课程教学体系""以聚焦前沿的项目提出和开展实现协同育人与协同创新"。

Israel Institute of Technology is the top university in Israel and even in the world.It enjoys the reputation of Israel’s MIT and plays an important role in Israel’s economic and national development.Innovation is the main line running through the practice of engineering education in Israel Institute of Technology.This study takes the quadruple spiral innovation ecosystem theory as the analysis framework,and makes an in-depth analysis of the school running mode of engineering education in Israel Institute of Technology from the aspects of school running concept,student source selection,curriculum teaching and school enterprise cooperation,And then form the enlightenment to China’s engineering education:establish the internal and external integration of engineering education school running concept,explore the characteristic student source selection mechanism taking into account fairness and efficiency,improve the curriculum teaching system combining professional education and personalized development,focus on frontier projects proposal,carry out collaborative education and collaborative innovation.
