“双一流”背景下学科监测评估的实践与探索 被引量:1

摘要 学科建设是"双一流"建设的基础性工作,建立实时监测、动态预警的学科监测评估方法显得尤为重要。文章采用教育质量指数这种数据分析手段,以H大学19个工科学科为例,探索高校内部的学科评价新方法,研究结果通过灯号法的形式加以呈现,提升学科监测评估的直观性、预警性和可视化。该方法弥补了高校学科评价过于依赖外部评价的缺陷,既有利于学校领导层面时刻把握学科动态,也有利于各二级单位查找学科短板,将对"双一流"建设、新时代教育评价改革发挥支撑、引导的核心作用。 Discipline construction is the fundamental work of“Double First-class”Discipline Construction.It is particularly important to establish discipline monitoring and evaluation methods of real-time monitoring and dynamic early warning.This study uses the data analysis means of education quality index,and takes 19 engineering disciplines of H University as an example to explore new discipline evaluation methods in colleges and universities.The research results are presented in the form of light signal method to improve the intuition,early warning and visualization of discipline monitoring and evaluation.This method makes up for the defect that the discipline evaluation of colleges and universities depends too much on external evaluation.It is not only conducive to the school leadership to grasp the discipline dynamics at all times,but also conducive to the secondary units to find the discipline weaknesses.It will play a core role in supporting and guiding“Double First-class”construction and the reform of education evaluation in the new era.
