摘要
针对采用统计能量分析(SEA)法预测车内噪声时中频段(0.1~1.0 kHz)仿真精度低的问题,提出了一种基于混合建模来预测车内中频噪声的方法。首先,建立SEA模型,并调校使得高频段(>1.0~8.0 k Hz)仿真与试验结果吻合;其次,在白车身有限元模型和SEA模型的车内声腔间建立连接,生成混合模型;最后,将白车身模态导入混合模型,加载激励进行车内噪声预测。以某SUV车型为研究对象,进行车内中频噪声预测分析并与试验结果进行对比,结果表明,采用混合建模的方法可明显提高中频噪声的仿真精度,在车型开发设计阶段预测车内噪声水平。
Low simulation accuracy may exist in the middle frequency band(0.1~1.0 kHz)when using the Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA)to predict the interior noise of vehicle.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a method for predicting IF noise in vehicle based on hybrid model.Firstly,establish a SEA model and debug the model to make simulation and experiment results coincide in the high frequency band(>1.0~8.0 kHz).Secondly,establish a connection between the BIW FE model and the interior acoustic cavity of the SEA model to generate a hybrid model.Finally,import the BIW modal into the hybrid model,and load the excitation to predict the interior noise.The paper takes an SUV vehicle as the research object to perform the interior IF noise prediction analysis and compares it with the test results.The result shows that the hybrid modeling method can significantly improve the simulation accuracy of the IF noise,and can predict the noise level in the design and development stage of the vehicle.
