文创产业策略与中华文化影响力的提升

摘要 作为综合性系统管理工程的国家文创产业策略包含经济、政治、文化等多层面因素。在国家文化影响力提升方面,国家文创产业策略更多涉及的是外交领域和外贸领域。从中国文创产业策略对于中华文化影响力提升的历史效度观察,文化展会是对外展示与推介中华文化的有效途径,基于互惠的产业化则是文化影响力提升的有效手段,经济效益和社会效益的共同实现是中华文化影响力提升的正途。恰当的国家文创产业政策与法规可以引导文化影响力的提升,我国文创产业制定对外贸易管理策略时可以将自贸试验区成功的融资、文化金融和国际化、现代化文化管理经验和机制作为发展方向,可以依托社会需求和市场需求“双引擎”来刺激文化影响力的提升。 As a comprehensive system management project,the strategies of national cultural and creative industries include many factors,such as economy,politics,culture etc.In terms of enhancing the national cultural influence,the national strategies of cultural and creative industries are more concerned with the diplomatic and foreign trade fields.According to the historical validity of the strategy of Chinese cultural creative industries for the promotion of Chinese cultural influence,cultural exhibition is an effective way to show and promote Chinese culture.Industrialization based on reciprocity is a quick-acting means to enhance cultural influence.The co-realization of economic benefits and social benefits is the positive promotion for Chinese cultural influence.Appropriate national policies and regulations on cultural and creative industries can guide the promotion of cultural influence.When formulating foreign trade management strategies,Chinese cultural and creative industries can take successful financing,cultural finance and internationalization,modern cultural management experience and mechanism of the China Free Trade Experimentation Area as development direction,and can rely on social needs and market demand as"dual engines"to stimulate national cultural influence.
