深圳市三甲医院重症监护室医护人员器官捐献知识与态度调查

Investigation on knowledge and attitude of organ donation among medical staff in intensive care unit of Shenzhen third-grade A hospital

目的分析深圳市三甲医院重症监护室医护人员对器官捐献相关知识的认知及态度。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月深圳市三甲医院重症监护室(ICU)120名医护人员作为研究对象,其中医生40名,护理人员80名,利用本院自制的调查问卷对其器官捐献相关知识及态度进行调查,分析重症监护室医护人员基础资料及占比情况;比较不同职业、职称、学历医护人员器官捐献知识得分及知识掌握情况;分析重症监护室医护人员对器官捐献的态度以及影响因素。结果调查问卷有效回收率为100.00%。医生器官捐献知识得分高于护理人员(P<0.05);高级职称人员器官捐献知识得分均高于初级、中级人员(P<0.05);研究生及以上学历者器官捐献知识得分均高于大专、本科学历人员(P<0.05)。影响医护人员赞成器官捐献的最高因素是“捐献器官后仿佛部分自己仍然存活”,占比44.44%,影响医护人员不赞成器官捐献的最高因素是“家属不同意”,占比66.67%。结论深圳市三甲医院重症监护室医护人员对器官捐献知识掌握程度存在不足,且有部分潜在捐献者,需加大器官捐献知识宣传,促进器官捐献工作的发展。

Objective To analyze the knowledge and attitude of organ donation among the medical staff in the intensive care unit(ICU)of Shenzhen third-grade A hospital.Methods 120 medical staff from the intensive care unit of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Among the 120 medical staff,40 were doctors and 80 were nurses.The knowledge and attitude of organ donation were investigated by self-designed questionnaire in our hospital,the basic data and proportion of medical staff in ICU were analyzed;the scores and knowledge mastery of organ donation among medical staff with different occupations,titles and educational background were compared;the attitude and influencing factors of medical staff in ICU to organ donation were analyzed.Results The response rate was 100%.The score of organ donation knowledge of doctors was higher than that of nurses(P<0.05);the score of organ donation knowledge of senior professional title personnel was higher than that of junior and intermediate personnel(P<0.05);the scores of organ donation knowledge of postgraduates were higher than those of junior college and undergraduate education(P<0.05).Among 120 ICU medical staff,72 were in favor of organ donation and 12 were not in favor of organ donation.The highest factor influencing medical staff approval of organ donation was that"some of them are still alive after organ donation",accounting for 44.44%,and the highest factor influencing medical staff disapproval of organ donation was"family members do not agree",accounting for 66.67%.Conclusion There are some deficiencies in the knowledge of organ donation among the medical staff in the intensive care unit of Shenzhen third-grade A hospital,and some potential donors need to increase the publicity of organ donation knowledge to promote the development of organ donation.
