腹腔镜胆囊切除术与小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆结石临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small-incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones

目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除与小切口胆囊切除术在胆囊结石疾病治疗中的临床运用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年3月本院收治的82例胆囊结石患者作为研究对象,按随机双盲法分为甲组与乙组,每组41例。甲组采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,乙组采取小切口胆囊切除术治疗,比较两组各项手术指标、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果甲组手术时间、肠胃功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于乙组,术中出血量少于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组治疗后总有效率(95.1%)高于乙组(78.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组并发症发生率(4.9%)低于乙组(19.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆囊结石患者采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,疗效显著,且并发症少,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To compare the clinical application effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small-incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods A total of 82 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into group A and group B according to the randomized double-blind method,with 41 cases cases in each group.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in group A,and small-incision cholecystectomy was performed in group B.The operation indexes,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,time to get out of bed and stay in hospital of group A were all shorter than those in group B,the intraoperative blood loss of group A were less than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in group A(95.1%)was higher than that in group B(78.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A(4.9%)was lower than that in group B(19.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is more effective for patients with gallstones,with fewer complications,high safety and clinical promotion value.
