奥拉西坦对病毒性脑炎患儿脑电图特征和炎症因子水平的影响

Effects of oxiracetam on EEG characteristics and the levels of inflammatory factors in children with viral encephalitis

目的探讨研究奥拉西坦对病毒性脑炎患儿脑电图特征及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年11月本院收治的60例病毒性脑炎患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用奥拉西坦治疗,比较两组脑电图特征、炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]水平、治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组脑电图特征(α、β、θ、δ功率)、炎症因子水平(IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、NSE)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组β、δ功率比较差异无统计学意义,研究组α、θ功率高于对照组,且研究组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、NSE水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以奥拉西坦治疗病毒性脑炎患儿可有效提高临床疗效,同时能有效降低血清炎症因子水平,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of oxiracetam on electroencephalogram(EEG)characteristics and levels of inflammatory factors in children with viral encephalitis.Methods 60 children with viral encephalitis in our hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with oxiracetam on the basis of the control group.The electroencephalogram(EEG)characteristics,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)],therapeutic effect and adverse reactions rates were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in EEG characteristics(α,β,θ,δpower),inflammatory factor levels(IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αand NSE);after treatment,there was no significant difference inβ,δpower between the two groups,αandθpower of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,NSE levels of the study group were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect,and can effectively reduce the serum inflammatory factors levels and the occurrence of advance reactions,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
