Factors affecting the accuracy of test results of clinical blood biochemical test specimen and clinical test results

目的探讨影响临床血液生化检验标本检验结果准确性的因素及临床检验效果。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2020年4月于本院进行血液生化检验的500例患者的临床资料,统计其检验结果准确性,并分析影响检验结果准确性的相关因素,提出防范措施。结果500例患者临床血液生化检验中,检验准确率为96.40%(482/500),18例患者检验结果出现偏差,占3.60%;影响患者临床血液生化检验标本分析中检验准确性的因素包括患者自身因素(饮食准备错误、紧张或运动过量)、标本采集及送检因素(采集方法不当、溶血标本、送检时间长)、检验因素(血液调配不当、标本处理错误)等。结论临床血液生化检验标本分析过程中影响检验结果准确性的因素较多,包括患者检查前饮食准备错误、紧张或运动过量、血液标本采集方法不当、溶血标本、送检时间长、血液调配不当、标本处理错误等,临床须加强防范措施,提升检验准确性,以改善临床检验效果。

Objective To explore the factors affecting the accuracy of the test results and the clinical test results in the process of sample analysis of clinical blood biochemical test.Methods The clinical data of 500 patients with blood biochemical test in our hospital from April 2019 to April2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the accuracy of the test results was statistically analyzed,and the relevant factors affecting the accuracy of the test results were analyzed,and preventive measures were proposed.Results In 500 cases of clinical blood biochemical test,the test accuracy rate was 96.40%(482/500),and the test results of 18 patients had deviation,accounting for 3.60%;the factors affecting the accuracy of clinical blood biochemical test sample analysis included patients’own factors(diet preparation error,tension or excessive exercise),sample collection and submission factors(improper collection method,dissolution blood samples,long time for examination),test factors(improper blood allocation,wrong sample processing),etc.Conclusion There are many factors that affect the accuracy of the test results in the analysis process of clinical blood biochemical test samples,including patients’diet preparation error before examination,tension or excessive exercise,improper blood sample collection method,hemolytic specimen,long inspection time,improper blood allocation,standard processing error,etc.It is necessary to strengthen preventive measures in clinical practice to improve the accuracy of testing,which can improve the effect of clinical testing.
