腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效及对患者手术时间的影响

Efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts and its influence on the operation time of patients

目的观察腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢囊肿的疗效及对患者手术时间的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月于本院接受卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗的100例卵巢囊肿患者,以随机抽样法分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组采取开放式手术,研究组采取腹腔镜手术。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、术中失血量、术后并发症发生率、排气功能恢复时间及手术前后卵巢功能指标。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间、排气功能恢复时间均短于对照组,术中失血量少于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组雌二醇、促黄体激素和卵泡刺激素水平比较差异无统计学意义;术后,研究组促黄体激素和卵泡刺激素水平均高于对照组,雌二醇水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿疗效显著,能加快患者恢复,改善卵巢功能指标,且安全性高。

Objective To observe efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts and its influence on the operation time of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with ovarian cysts who underwent ovarian cystectomy from November 2019 to November 2020were selected and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random sampling,with 50 cases each in group.The control group took open surgery,and the study group took laparoscopic surgery,the operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complication rate,exhaust function recovery time,and ovarian function indexes before and after operation were compared between groups.Results The operation time,hospital stay and exhaust function recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the blood loss during the operation was less than that of the control group,the postoperative complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone between the two groups;after operation,the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has significant effect on the treatment of ovarian cysts,can speed up the recovery of patients,improve ovarian function indicators,and has high safety.
