宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗完全纵膈子宫伴阴道纵膈的临床效果

Clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of complete mediastinal uterus with vaginal mediastinum

目的探讨完全纵膈子宫伴阴道纵膈患者经过宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗的围术期效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月本院收治的60例完全纵膈子宫伴阴道纵膈患者作为研究对象,根据是否联合腹腔镜术分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予宫腔镜手术治疗方案,观察组给予宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗方案,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率和1年后妊娠率。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,术中并发症发生率低于对照组,术后妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗纵膈子宫伴阴道纵膈患者效果显著,术中并发症少,术后妊娠率高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the perioperative effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of complete mediastinal uterus with vaginal mediastinum.Methods 60 patients with complete mediastinal uterus and vaginal mediastinum from October 2019 to October2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to whether combined with laparoscopic surgery,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given hysteroscopic surgery,and the observation group was given hysteroscopic combined with abdominal surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,complications rates,and 1-year pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of intraoperative complications rates was lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with mediastinal uterus and vaginal mediastinum has significant effect,with few intraoperative complications and high postoperative pregnancy rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
