High-efficiency Regulation Promotes High-quality Development--An Overview of the 5th China Drug Regulatory Science Conference

2021年10月13日,由国家药品监督管理局指导、中国药品监督管理研究会主办的“第五届中国药品监管科学大会”在京召开,大会主题为“新发展阶段新发展理念新发展格局--监管科学助推药械妆产业高质量发展”。全国药品研制、生产、经营、使用各环节以及药品审评、检查、检验、监测评价等领域的专家学者、监管工作者、企业代表等参加了会议。与会专家围绕以人民为中心的药品监管思想、药品监管能力现代化建设、高效能监管赋能医药产业高质量发展、药品监管科学和技术创新、中国药品监管参与全球卫生健康治理等主题开展了广泛的交流。

On October 13,2021,the 5th China Drug Regulatory Science Conference was held in Beijing under the guidance of the National Medical Products Administration and sponsored by China Society for drug regulation.The theme of this year’s conference was“new development stage,new development concept and new development pattern-regulatory science boosting high-quality development of the drug,medical device and cosmetics industry”.Experts,regulators and industry representatives from all aspects of drug development,production,distribution and use,as well as in the fields of drug evaluation,inspection,testing,monitoring,attended the meeting.Participants held extensive discussions on a variety of topics,including people-centered drug regulatory principles,drug regulatory capability modernization,high-efficiency regulation enabling high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry,innovation in regulatory science,and participation of Chinese drug regulatory departments in global health governance.
