肾原始神经外胚层肿瘤合并下腔静脉癌栓1例报告

Renal primitive neuroectodermal tumor into the inferior veno cava:a case report

本文回顾性分析邯郸市第一医院收治的1例肾原始神经外胚层肿瘤(PNET)合并下腔静脉癌栓患者的临床资料,术前行双肾增强CT检查:左肾肿瘤合并下腔静脉癌栓,肿瘤最大径12.1cm,癌栓MayoⅡ级。行经腹腔途径开放式根治性左肾切除术+下腔静脉癌栓取出术。术后病理诊断为PNET。肾PNET极少见,侵袭性强,恶性度高,常伴发局部或远处转移。肾PNET临床表现和影像学检查不典型,确诊主要依靠病理检查和免疫组化染色检查。治疗方法为手术联合放化疗的综合治疗。

This article reported 1 cases renal primitive neuroectodermal tumor(PNET)into the inferior veno cava.Before the operation,Enhanced CT showed left renal carcinoma and inferior vena cava tumor thrombus.The maximum diameter of tumor was 12.1 cm,Mayo classification was gradeⅡ.The patients underwent open radical nephrectomy and inferior vena cava thrombus excision surgery.The pathology showed primitive neuroectodermal tumor.Renal PNET is a rare tumor with high grade.Local and distant metastasis is often found.Renal PNET's clinical manifestations and imaging examinations are not typical.Diagnosis mainly depends on pathological examination results and immunohistochemical technique.At present,surgical treatment combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the main treatment.
