摘要
为筛选出对多花黄精叶斑病具有良好防效又保持其多糖含量的药剂,选择了3种化学杀菌剂(哇啉铜、戊唑-咪鲜胺、多菌灵)和1种生物药剂(香芹酚),及其混合制剂进行田间防治效果试验。结果表明,各药剂对多花黄精叶斑病均有较好的防治效果。在保持多糖含量研究中,以生物药剂5%香芹酚850倍液防治对多花黄精保持多糖含量最高,混合制剂次之,化学药剂最低。其中5%香芹酚850倍液+33.5%哇啉铜1600倍液(各50%容积比)混合制剂处理的多花黄精多糖含量达10.47%,优于其它2种混合制剂处理。因此,生物药剂5%香芹酚850倍液或5%香芹酚750倍液+33.5%哇啉铜1500倍液(各50%容积比)混合制剂可以作为人工防治多花黄精叶斑病的首选药剂。
In order to screen out fungicides with good control effect on leaf spot of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and maintain its polysaccharide content,three chemical fungicides(warolin copper,pentazole prochloraz and carbendazim)and one biological agent(carvacrol)and their mixtures were selected for field control effect test.The results showed that all fungicides had good control effect on leaf spot of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.In the study of maintaining polysaccharide content,the biological agent 5%carvacrol 850 times solution was the highest,followed by the mixed agent and the chemical agent was the lowest.Polygonatum content of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua treated with 5%carvacrol 850 times solution and 33.5%warolin copper 1600 times solution(50%volume ratio)was 10.47%,which was better than that treated with the other two mixed preparations.Therefore,the biological agent 5%carvacrol 850 times solution and the mixture of biological agent 5%carvacrol 750 times solution+chemical agent 33.5%warolin copper 1500 times solution(50%volume ratio each)can be used as the first choice for the artificial control of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua leaf spot.
